ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF BOHEMIA
M&C Saatchi today announces the acquisition of Bohemia in Australia. Bohemia brings a pedigree in media strategy, dynamic media buying, outcome-based performance media and marketing analytics into the Group.

An eternal optimist and one of Australia’s most awarded media strategists, Brett is our agency founder and leader. His focus is on turning good into great with an infectious passion to make Bohemia the best it can possibly be for both our Bohemians and our clients. He has over 16 years’ experience in building agencies and leading the country’s biggest brands in a career that has spanned buying, strategy and agency management. Having been recognised locally and internationally for his work, he continues to obsess over the best work in the country in his role as chairman of The Media Federation of Australia Awards.
Chris co-founded Bohemia with Brett Dawson in 2011 and is in his element when talking brand. A firm believer in the “cult” of brand, Chris has worked with iconic brands such as Nike, Harley Davidson, Gatorade, Apple and IBM. Whilst there are few categories Chris hasn’t worked on, the work he’s most proud of is the Nike Olympic work for Sydney 2000, the launch of the Perpetual Brand into the fund management category, the iconic advertising for Decore Shampoos and most recently the launch of Open Colleges into the online education space.

James leads Bohemia’s digital, data and performance products and spends his days drinking copious amounts of coffee and obsessing over ROI across all Bohemian clients. James has spent the last 17 years tinkering with things on the internet and is fanatical about technology and its disruptive impact on business. James has been fortunate enough to have had his work recognised on 4 continents and has been published both locally and internationally on everything from the future of programmatic buying to the merits of food porn and cat photos.
